Have you ever felt as if there was something or someone trying to help you, but you couldn’t quite make contact? We will spend a whole month together exploring the subtle landscape of intuitive perception — learning to sense, interpret, and trust the energetic information moving through and around us.

Each bi-weekly session builds gently to deepen your embodied awareness and develop clearer energetic sensitivity. Guided practices, simple techniques, and experiential exercises will help you recognise and work with the unseen layers of your own inner world.

You’ll emerge from the course with a steadier connection to your intuition, a stronger relationship with your own energy field, and deeper access to your own team of guides to call on and work with. You'll have the confidence and experience to navigate the magical meeting place between the physical and the unseen.

What to Expect:
Live Classes
Classes will take place weekly, on Tuesday and Thursday evenings for an hour and a half on Zoom. A recording of the live session will be made available by the end of the day.
Ask Questions
Each live session will finish with generous time to answer all the questions that may have come to the surface during the class.
Home Learning
You will have new exercises each week for home learning to deepen the knowledge that we shared in class.
Community
To create a space to get to know one another, connect, share questions and inspiration, we will have a group on WhatsApp.

Course Outline:

Tuesday: Grounding and the Energy Body
What is energy? How does it move through you and how can you work with your own energy system? We’ll cover the foundations of your energy anatomy and how to balance your energy on a daily level. Energy exercises are accumulative and will establish the foundation on which to expand your energy perception.
Thursday: Sensing and Perceiving
Your first real proof this is real. We’ll develop the actual skill of sensing energy — in your hands, in a room, in another person — so perception becomes a natural reflex, not just an idea.

Tuesday: Realms and Guides
An introduction to the layered worlds beyond the visible: angels, dragons, nature spirits; and your first steps toward making contact with your own guides.
Thursday: Nature as Teacher
The natural world speaks in signs and symbols. We’ll learn to interpret synchronicity, animal encounters and elemental energy as living guidance.

Tuesday: Starseed and Origin Work
What are your stellar origins? We’ll explore starseed archetypes — Lyran, Sirian, Pleiadian, Arcturian, Andromedan — to discover your own resonance and what it means for your path.
Thursday: Integration and Embodied Grounding
A week to come back down to Earth. Simple, ancient self-care practices to help steady and integrate everything you’ve opened so far.

Tuesday: Ascension and Embodiment
What does the experience of living from an awakened, expanded state actually look and feel like day to day? Not just on the meditation cushion, but in ordinary life?
Thursday: Closing Circle & Ritual
We gather to integrate, share, and close the journey together with a ritual marking what’s shifted — and what you’ll carry forward.
