What is Eden Energy Medicine?
Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) provides you with an understanding of energy anatomy and simple exercises to bring back health, vitality, and resilience. It can help you shift energetic and emotional blockages with simple tools that activate the body’s self-healing ability, to guide you back to your happy, radiant self.
You can do energy medicine any time, anywhere. There’s no special equipment and there are no ongoing costs to use it once you learn the tools.

These are the energy patterns I work with:
Meridians
The energy system on which Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture is based. In the way an artery carries blood, a meridian carries energy.
Basic Grid
Your body’s foundational energy. Like the chassis of a car, all the other energy systems ride on the energy of the basic grid.
Triple Warmer
Activates the body’s immunity.
Chakras
Seven concentrated centres of energy in the body, from the Sanskrit “disk”.
Celtic Weave
Figures of 8 that we hold deep within our DNA all the way out into our aura. They connect all the different energy systems.
Radiant Circuits
Chinese medicine called these the miracle energies, they have no boundaries, can go from here to the other side of the planet and beyond.
Aura
A multi-layered shell of energy that emanates from your body and interacts with the energies of your environment.
Five Rhythms
Metaphors for describing these five distinct rhythms have drawn from concrete, observable elements of nature (water, wood, fire, earth, and metal) and from the seasons (winter, spring, summer, Indian summer, and autumn).
Electrics
The electrics serve as a bridge that connects all the energy systems at the basic level of the body’s electricity.
The foundation of my practice is a deep and comprehensive knowledge of EEM; as a practitioner since 2012 and a teacher since 2016, I have an intuitive and fluent knowledge of the tools and techniques needed to ground the body in readiness for healing and create the space in which transformation can take place.

This complimentary 20-minute introductory call is a gentle space for us to connect and explore what is calling you here at this time. Together, we’ll tune into what support you may be seeking, what shifts you’re longing for, and how I can best guide you on your path. It’s an opportunity to ask questions and discover which approach feels most aligned with your current needs and intentions.

Treatment
My in-person treatments are a hands-on experience, with you resting comfortably on the treatment table while I work directly with your body. Using energy testing - often known as muscle testing or energy kinesiology - I listen to the body’s own feedback to identify and address areas of imbalance. Guided by both this process and my deep understanding of the body’s energetic systems, I tailor each treatment to your individual needs.
After each session I will give you personalised, specific energy exercises to consolidate the changes that we’ve created in the session. The body/mind loves to move back into old habits, therefore home-care is crucial to empower you on your journey to being rooted into your own happy and healthy self.
I practice in Frome, Somerset or from my home, a houseboat near Bath.
Online
Treatment
Online treatments are engaging, empowering, and highly impactful. During our time together, I guide you through many of the same techniques used in an in-person session, with a greater emphasis on you actively applying the work yourself.
At times, I may support your process by energetically amplifying your own touch from a distance, I then lead you through specific holds, movements, touch points, and breath-based practices designed to help shift, organise, and restore balance within your subtle energy systems.
After each session I will give you personalised, specific energy exercises to consolidate the changes that we’ve created in the session. The body/mind loves to move back into old habits, therefore home-care is crucial to empower you on your journey to being rooted into your own happy and healthy self.
Online treatments take place on zoom.
