I discovered Donna Eden’s amazing life work in 2012 and have been passionately practicing, studying and teaching it ever since. Each step on my journey with Eden Energy Medicine has brought more beauty, balance, peace and happiness into my life.

What is Eden Energy Medicine (EEM)?
EEM provides you with an energy anatomy understanding and simple exercises to bring back health, vitality, and resilience. It can help you shift energetic and emotional blockages with simple tools that activate the body’s self-healing ability, to guide you back to your happy, radiant self.
You can do energy medicine any time, anywhere. There’s no special equipment and there are no ongoing costs to use it once you learn the tools.

Motherhood has been a wonderful teacher and EEM felt like a saviour, so incredibly practical to deal with challenges in day-to-day life. Being able to do a technique in less than five minutes while the kettle boils, practicing EEM techniques with the children, and catching myself, using a tool before losing my temper, have become invaluable gifts.

Eden Energy Medicine works with nine Primary Energy Systems:
Meridians
The energy system on which Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture is based. In the way an artery carries blood, a meridian carries energy.
Basic Grid
Your body’s foundational energy. Like the chassis of a car, all the other energy systems ride on the energy of the basic grid.
Triple Warmer
Activates the body’s immunity.
Chakras
Seven concentrated centres of energy in the body, from the Sanskrit “disk”.
Celtic Weave
Figures of 8 that we hold deep within our DNA all the way out into our aura. They connect all the different energy systems.
Radiant Circuits
Chinese medicine called these the miracle energies, they have no boundaries, can go from here to the other side of the planet and beyond.
Aura
A multi-layered shell of energy that emanates from your body and interacts with the energies of your environment.
Five Rhythms
Metaphors for describing these five distinct rhythms have drawn from concrete, observable elements of nature (water, wood, fire, earth, and metal) and from the seasons (winter, spring, summer, Indian summer, and autumn).
Electrics
The electrics serve as a bridge that connects all the energy systems at the basic level of the body’s electricity.
